A. RNTCP Projects :
Activities : SEBALAYA is a i) Designated Micriscopy & Treatment Centre Under NGO Scheme-4 ii) Designated DOTS Centre & iii) Designated Referral Centre Under Sec-1 (Private Practitioners Sch for MBBS Doctors) of RNTCP Under District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Howrah since November 2002.
Beneficiaries : Patients with tuberculosis, basically who are the Poorest and Neediest. Living in slum areas. Living in rural ULB areas where Health facilities are not easily accessible.
Significant Achievments : i) Increased Detection of New Sputum smear positive tuberculosis cases. ii) Built up Health and Social Awareness Regarding Tuberculosis and other public Health related Diseases among People. iii) Innovative DOTS Implementation iv) Break through in mobilising and sensitizing private practitioners,Social workers AYUSH Practitioners in RNTCP v) Reduced Defaulters Failures Death Rates in Tb Cases.

a) Activities : 'SEBALAYA' offers facility like Charitable Dispensary General OPD Specialists OPD Including Metemal & Child Health,Physiotherapy Immunisation,Homeopathy,OPDs are Catening Services to the ailing People over the years Medicines are also given free of cost.
b) Beneficiaries : i) Ailing People are large ii) People who are the poor and neediest iii) People living in Rural and Slum Areas. iv) Laboures Living in Line Quaters of Jute Mill, Cotton Mill etc.
Significant Achievments : i) Social Awareness and NGO Implementation of NRHM (National rural Health Mission) ii) Reduced Matemal & Infant Morality Rate iii) Better Immunization Coverage. iv) Access to poor people with free services of pharmacy & Specialists Physicians

C. Diagnostic Services Inculding X-ray,Pathology :
Activities : 'SEBALAYA' offers Diagostic Services to all deserving cases under NGO Projects Some tests are done with tip up model with other centers.
Significant Achievments : i) Acess to modern Investigations to the poor people at free or at Nominal Cost as that of Govt. Hospital Charges ii) Better and prompt Diagnosis and treatment.

D. Misc. Activities :
i) Immunisation Services for Children : 1076 Children below 5 Years were given free primary Immunisation with BCG,Oral Polio,OPD,Measles,VITA OIL etc. for the current year. Drop out cases just below 2% Immunisation services is actively assisted by P.P. Unit of Uluberia S.D. Hospital and Uluberia Municipality 'SEBALAYA' is also conducting Immunisation Camps regularly under IPP-8 Projects of Uluberia Municipality.
ii) Antenatal Clinic : 902 Pregnant Ladies Undertook ANC check up and Tetanus Immunisation there services were actively Supervised By Dr. S.B. Roy MBBS,MD,Asst Prof. Dept of Gynaecology & Obstetrics. R.G.Kar Medical College Hospital and Gr. Ajit Kr. Maity (MBBS,DGO).
iii) CME Programmes for Doctors(MBBS) : We have arranged 5 CME(Continuing Medical Education) Programmes for Practising doctors of the Locality. Renowned Consultants of Kolkata and Howrah. Attended those Programmes as Speakers and Facilitators.
iv) IEC Programme (Information-Education-Communication) : We have organised 10 IEC Programme related to Public Health like TB,HIV/AIDS,Immunisation/ Social Health where general people,Political Leaders,Clubs,School Teachers,ICDS & Anganwadi Workers & Community Development Workers of Uluberia Municipality were involved in large.
v) School Health Services : We have arranged free Health Camps in Raghudevbati Primary School and F.G. Primary School for its students. 560 students were undergone Health checkups. The Camps were a grand Sucesss. vi) Organising Health Camps During Community Festivals : We have arranged Free Health Camps With Diagnostic Services during Festivals of Idd, Muharram, Durgapuja, and Basanti Puja at Bauria, Hirapur.
